- Administration of servers and networking devices
- Deploy and manage cloud VMs and resources, ensuring connectivity, and optimizing efficiency and performance
- Implementing IT security rules and enhancing device protection & backups.
- Ensuring systems, servers, and devices are patched and updated
- First and Second level support for all employees and users
- Collaboration in IT projects
- Installation of computers, software, and staff onboarding
- Ticket system support
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT system administration and networking.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve IT issues with the ability to anticipate risks and develop mitigating actions
- Experience in firewalls, VPNs, switching, routing, WLANs is a must
- Experience in Office 365 and cloud machines, networking, storages.
- Configuration of Windows servers, Active Directory, and client systems (PC and Mac)
- Strong communication skills, teamwork and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of German and English
