Job Description

We are currently looking to fill a full-time position as a Coach/Employment Facilitator/Social Coach (m/f/d) in the Integration and Employment Promotion Department at AWO Köln.

AWO Köln manages various projects in the city on behalf of the Jobcenter Köln aimed at individuals receiving SGB II benefits.

We are seeking an employee who presents themselves confidently, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and exhibits a high level of service orientation and flexibility.

Your Qualifications

Professional:

• Degree in Social Pedagogy/Social Work (Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's), or in Education (Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's) or equivalent.
• Networking skills and experience with other social service providers, regional support networks, medical networks (mental and physical health conditions), self-help organizations, and community networks.
• Prior experience with our target group.
• Experience/knowledge in the areas of ALG II, SGB II, SGB III.
• Comprehensive knowledge of common IT applications (Office applications or equivalent programs, email programs, internet research, etc.).
