- Working with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement or innovation.
- Taking over responsibility for key projects.
- Managing our B2C platforms in Germany and Austria and acting as the first point of contact for all commercial and operational topics.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Updating and maintaining operational workflows.
- Collaborating with internal teams (ie. Product, Marketing, Customer Service) to oversee the development of new features and ensuring a qualitative service is delivered to our customers and partners.
- Developing marketing campaign strategies that align with our business goals.
- You have a degree in business, economics, finance, marketing or a related discipline.
- You have previous experience in a similar field, ideally in the financial sector or in a tech company wrt: Project Management, Account Management, Strategy or Business Development.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a quick learner who enjoys tackling new challenges and can deep dive into new topics to gain the knowledge required to effectively lead projects.
- You are analytical and are proactively looking for opportunities to add value.
- You are a strong team player who works well with a multitude of stakeholders across various departments to execute projects.
- You work well have excellent skills in with Ms Excel/Google Spreadsheets and Ms PowerPoint/Google Presentations; having experience with BI tools such as Looker is a plus.
- At least 1 years of prior experience in consulting, FinTech, banking and/or finance-related company or a B2B software company.
- You are fluent in both English and German (another foreign language is welcome).
- Personal training budget of 1,700 € and four full training days per year.
