    Die GFA Consulting Group ist eines der führenden deutschen Beratungsunternehmen in der internationalen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit. Wir bieten Beratungsleistungen an und setzen Projekte um, die durch bilaterale und multilaterale Fonds finanziert werden.
    Für eines dieser Projekte (Investing for employment (IFE)), dass die Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen in verschiedenen afrikanischen Ländern fördert, suchen wir nun eine sprachgewandte Assistenz für das Office Management in Teilzeit Std/Woche), Arbeitszeiten nach Absprache, Sitz ist in Hamburg –Volksdorf.

    Stellenbeschreibung

    Handling of office tasks:

  • Coordination of appointments; organization and supervision of meetings, workshops, events and/ or other events or other events, attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Overview on and coordination of recurring deadlines for deliveries to KfW and the BMZ
  • Checking consistency of IFE documents and reports
  • Text formatting and verification of layout (project reports, IFE policies and procedures, financing agreements etc.)
  • Preparing draft documents (financing agreements, contracts, shareholder resolutions etc.)
  • Linguistic examination and translation of texts in the relevant languages (German, English, French)
  • Manage travels of IFE Team within Germany
  • Management of flights for the IFE experts
  • Assistance for experts at home and abroad, in particular travel organisation and logistical support

    • Anforderungen

    Formal qualification

  • Completed Bachelor's degree with a language focus or relevant completed vocational training such as foreign language correspondence, European Management Assistant
  • Professional experience in similar areas of responsibility
    • Language skills
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English, French is a great asset
    • IT skills
  • Very good user skills in MS-Office, especially Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experiences in handling of databases is an asset
