- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts
- Convert financial reports to meet Chinese and German accounting standards (BWA, HGB, and IFRS) and reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, legal documentation and transfer pricing regulations
- Liaise with Headquarter in China on reporting and financial analysis
- Optimise and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive financial performance and efficiency
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a senior auditor in either an accounting firm, tax consultancy or as a senior controller in a corporate enterprise
- Native Chinese speaker and proficient in English and German
- Proficient in financial software, SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in report conversion and legal document preparation
