Abdulai Akindele

I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Business at Maastricht University, specializing in Strategic Corporate Finance and Strategy & Innovation. During my Bachelor’s studies at FH Aachen, I developed a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and controlling. Through several practical experiences, I have continuously strengthened my analytical skill set and deepened my understanding of reporting, performance measurement, and financial steering processes.

At RWZ Raiffeisen Waren-Zentrale, I worked closely with the Controlling department, supporting working capital analyses, preparing financial data, and contributing to management reporting and dashboard development. Additionally, during my time at PwC in Audit, I was involved in the analysis and validation of financial figures, which sharpened my attention to detail, documentation discipline, and understanding of accurate financial classification and assessment. Further experience at Grant Thornton and Sancovia Corporate Finance enhanced my ability to perform ad-hoc analyses, structure complex information, and present results clearly to decision-makers.
