   • Inventory Management: Project-tracking with Customer Project Managers and in Salesforce PSA, scrapping of Unhealthy Inventory or non-compliant orders, implementing KPIs to track and meet fiscal quarters' goals
   • Daily update and further development of the MOPS DACH list (Orders-on-Hand Book), identifying improvements for efficiency gains
   • Maintenance and further development of the Sales PowerBI DACH
   • DEFOA (Defect-on-Arrival) handling, incl. reporting, remediation and containment of DEFOA cases, in cooperation with factories and the HQ
   • Preparation of weekly- and monthly supply chain KPIs reports
