During my tenure at KROSCHU - Atlantic Free Zone in the logistics department, I honed my skills in verification and analysis of customer demand forecasts, ensuring feasibility, and utilizing electronic data interchange (EDI) for efficient communication. Additionally, my responsibilities included shipment coordination of finished products and optimizing schedules for timely delivery.

Furthermore, my experience at KITÉA GÉANT in the marketing and sales department provided me with invaluable insights into customer acquisition and engagement strategies. I spearheaded the implementation of a marketing campaign for Kitea, enhancing customer experience and driving brand awareness. Moreover, I leveraged CRM analytics in Microsoft Dynamics to identify high-value customers for Ikea, enabling personalized marketing campaigns that effectively engaged target audiences and drove sales also helped with the design of the billboards and external store’s outline using Adobe software namely : Adobe Illustrator, Adobe photoshop and Adobe lightroom.
