In this role, I managed health and safety protocols across nine tunnels, varying in length from three to four km, including mountainous areas with blasting procedures. My responsibilities encompassed training workers daily on health and safety practices tailored to specific tasks, ensuring they were well-prepared for any risks.
I conducted thorough inspections of ventilation systems, cleanliness, water control, gas masks, and electrical systems. My work extended to overseeing lockout-tagout procedures, confined spaces, concrete batching plants, and manufacturing environments. Additionally, I facilitated numerous meetings and delivered detailed reports, focusing on risk assessment as the cornerstone of our safety protocols. My experience also includes managing teams of up to 200 workers, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards through regular training and supervision.
Working in some of the most hazardous environments, including tunnels with risks of blasting, collapsing, and asbestos exposure, I collaborated closely with site engineers through regular meetings to identify and mitigate potential hazards. We established comprehensive safety protocols, including first aid readiness with a 24-hour onsite ambulance.
I conducted emergency drills to prepare workers for real-life scenarios. These drills, known only to the engineers beforehand, tested the response and coordination of all personnel, ensuring that everyone was equipped to react swiftly and effectively to emergencies. First aid kits were readily available in all work areas, and fire extinguishers were consistently monitored and maintained, particularly in high-risk areas such as chemical storage.
Regular training ensured workers knew the proper equipment to wear and procedures to follow. We provided all necessary equipment and closely monitored adherence to safety protocols. In cases of non-compliance or misconduct, immediate action was taken, involving supervisors and providing detailed reports. This approach maintained a high standard of safety and accountability across all operations.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Law and Jurisdiction with a specialization in Criminalistics from North Macedonia, Struga. My studies provided me with a strong foundation in legal principles, criminal investigations, and the application of law in complex scenarios. This education has equipped me with analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of legal and criminalistic practices."
