I am Barkha. I am a student in Hamburg in SRH Campus Hamburg doing Masters specialization with International Business and Leadership. My Bachelor specialization was in International Business with Human Resources and many more. To have only theoretical knowledge in Business studies is never enough so with my studies I was also working as a Human Resource specialist with Nexus Corporate Solution Pvt. Ltd. I was personally meeting all the clients, understanding their requirements and doing the work as they required.
 

I have a total 3 years of experience in Recruitment and as well I have set up a total 8 manufacturing setups from greenfield. I was the responsible person to explain all the labor rules to them. I like to communicate with people and understand what problems they are facing and I was always able to solve their problems and because of that I was getting very good reviews from Clients but as well as the candidates. I was responsible from starting with understanding the client's requirement and then posting on different portals and then sharing it with clients always in the 1st slot from 5 CVs. My candidates were getting selected and then on client's availability and candidates schedule I was arranging the Interviews. At the end whoever the candidate is selected at the end I was getting the salary breakup and then discussing the same with the Candidate and I only have to negotiate all those things with the candidate.
 

My work was not only to do Recruitment but I have  360° of experience in HR Recruitment firm. I got 25+ clients onboard at the time of Covid and they were so happy to get work to be delivered on time. Because of Covid situation the staff was not much so I was getting the clients onboard, taking their requirements and then maintaining the relationship for the long term.

After all the situation was good then we hired some interns whom I trained and then I was doing client relationship and new client acquisition. But when any clients give any confidential profile and that on C-suite level. I used to do the task and complete it.
