As an applied sciences researcher, I have worked largely on generation of 3D digital twins for Industrial inspection,  multi-modal sensor kit development and robotic systems integration. 

Currently in my Master Thesis topic of 'Improving 3D reconstruction of textureless surfaces using near-infrared pattern projection' and my research in imaging and sensing department at Fraunhofer IOF, I work with marker-free 3D scanning approaches for reflective and texture-free surfaces to generate digital assests for AR/VR applications and e-commerce purposes.
