Carolina Lima

I am a Creative Manager, Visual Designer, UI and UX all-arounder, with a strong focus on the wide landscape of art / culture / entertainment + corporate marketing & branding - for both digital & physical - as well as a cherished research background on design futures & scenarios through my academic experience.

I advocate for and bring hands on extensive experience in ownership of a brands creative voice - from digital marketing assets to UX and UI expansion, out of and @ home marketing campaigns to brand films as well as motion graphics, a solid experience on all shapes of creative collaborative processes and oversight.
 

Beyond my design work, I have diverse experience in film art direction, makeup, wardrobe, and cultural event production. This includes music management, PR, and cultural event management in design, music, and the arts.
With over 15 years of experience as a Creative Manager and Lead Visual Designer, my cross-disciplinary expertise in online and offline design, strong focus on brand development, institutional communication, product marketing, and creative direction make me a highly qualified candidate for this role.

I hold an M.A. in Integrated Design from the prestigious Bauhaus/Anhalt University in Germany, and my work has been recognized with awards for art direction in cinema and editorial design.
