The faulty parts have been sent to cisco without a miss when the parts are replaced with RMA parts. • Team bonding: Have a great bond with the team and have cordial relations with all the team members. • Incident Management, Problem Management, and MINC process management. • IPV6: worked on Ipv6 lab issues 

PROJECT ENGINEER | Wipro India Pvt. Ltd. NOC | Jun 2012 – Jan 2016 | Hyderabad As a part of project engineer 

we worked in supporting all the network-related issues with various internal projects. Setting up networks, maintaining them, and decommissioning them once the project is completed. Team Responsibilities • Troubleshooting the network issues reported by global users like server reachability issues and network connectivity issues. • Identifying the issues related to access and allowing the required port for the end user. • Joining the troubleshooting calls with concerned stakeholders to collect all the required information about the issue and act based on priority. I take complete ownership and drive until the resolution of the issue. • Work with device vendors when required and follow up until the issue resolves. • Working with ISP vendors for Data and Voice circuit outages. • Working on VitalQip Making DNS and DHCP changes as per the user's requirement. • Replacing faulty hardware parts like power supplies, sup modules, and line cards. • Monitoring alarms and working accordingly
