My name is Corinna Fumagalli and I landed in the UX field after a career in communication and marketing. It was a bit of a natural transition, finding myself working for an innovative startup with strong deficits on the "product" that I was supposed to promote.

I have always had an innate passion for design and structured thinking (Design Thinking and communication design in particular). I like it when services and products bring benefits to those who use them and solve problems. Therefore, I have always tried to do my best to offer users a unique experience, understanding (and sometimes even anticipating) their needs.

In recent years I have tried to consolidate my education, first obtaining the UX designer Certificate from Google and then completing the specialization in Human Interaction Design offered by UC San Diego (California) with Professor Klemmer.

I have knowledge of Agile techniques, Figma, Adobe XD, Mirò and other tools for UX design and participatory creation. I have experience in testing and research too.

I would like to have the opportunity to deepen my skills even further, collaborating with established professionals.

Previous experiences in project management in the public/social and private fields, events' organization and a good deal of experience in communication have allowed me to refine my problem-solving skills and understanding of the reference audience (Personas, Users Journey, Emphaty maps…)
