Dalia Grosz

Hi, I’m Dalia, a UX researcher & designer with a background in sustainable fashion design. After almost a decade of work in the retail and fashion industry, I’m excited to become a professional UXer. During my career, I’ve always been interested in environmental issues and in a human-centered approach.
My background in sales, customer service, and design, has given me organizational skills, great experience with clients, and the ability to manage teams and solve problems as they occur. As part of my master’s studies, I learned how to conduct deep-dive research and analysis and enhance my strategic thinking and communication skills. Empathy and curiosity always drive me to explore humans, technology, and their interaction. What interests me the most is understanding people's challenges and trying to find innovative solutions that will improve their lives.
I wish to be part of the UX design & research industry and create a positive impact in the world.

I have plenty of work experience in the design field but as a UX\UI designer, I'm at an entry-level.
