My obsession with "What If?" questions led me to become a product manager. My vision is to become an expert at asking that question by utilizing all the necessary tools to make "If" a reality.
 

At Digikala (often compared to Amazon in terms of its strategy and operations, is the leading e-commerce platform in Iran) I was responsible for developing and managing a road-map to improve fulfillment KPIs. I devised and implemented creative solutions to boost the Outbound product, and provided ongoing support to stakeholders during each launch life cycle. Additionally, I collected and analyzed data to track progress, and communicated with stakeholders about how the product team could best address their needs.

My passion for driving innovation in organizations has led me to pursue an MBA with a focus on technology management. During my studies, I not only gained a strong foundation in business administration principles but also received specialized training in developing a company's vision and devising effective strategies to achieve it with available resources. Combining this knowledge with my work experience, I have become skilled at implementing operational strategies to address real-life challenges.
