Daria Szymkow

I am particularly distinguished by my careful and independent way of working. I have already proven this as a trainee and then as a Front Desk Agent at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel.

To apply for this job offers me the opportunity to develop to a special extent in both ways, professionally and personally. I see it as a great chance to grow with the new challenges and to be able to bring my strengths to bear even better. It also enables me to take on such a responsible and at the same time extremely exciting task with enthusiasm.

I especially enjoy working with international people, which is why I am well suited for this position. I can respond very well to the needs of the guest and in an event of a complaint I can easily find a solution. I am always available to answer questions or to train new colleagues and I am happy to pass my knowledge. During my time as a Front Desk Agent, I learnt a lot about the Hospitality in our brand and I was often a contact person for the other employees.

I believe with this possibility I would like to take on more responsibility and focus on an international management career. I am doing a spanish course right now and I hope to be able to improve it even more me being over in the country.

Daria Szymkow

After the trainee I was a Front Desk Agent for 2 years. My tasks were handling with guests, check - in and out, invoices, administration, reservation etc. I got promoted for the position as a Supervisor, leading my team and being in charge as a duty manager.

In accordance with the company training plan and the framework plan of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ms. Szymkow was employed and instructed in the following departments.

With great interest, Ms. Szymkow used all the possibilities offered to familiarize herself with the different tasks and operational contexts.

She was able to acquire good expertise and skills in all departments.

Ms. Szymkow regularly attended the internal training sessions at all times and thus took every opportunity to expand her expertise.

Through her active and flexible cooperation, Ms. Szymkow was equally appreciated, recognized and loved by trainers, superiors, employees and trainees.

She always fulfilled her tasks to our satisfaction and was therefore a very valuable trainee.

We have always known her as reliable honest and well-groomed trainee. Her behaviour towards our international guests was politely safe and articulate.

After Mrs. Szymkow has passed her final examination with good success, we are pleased to take her as  a front office agent in our house.
