As founder and managing director of an engineering services company, I combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking, operational leadership, and entrepreneurial execution. I am a Company Founder, Physics Engineer (B.Sc. in Technical Physics), and MBA graduate in Innovation Management with a strong track record in engineering development, verification and validation, NVH leadership, global field operations, and entrepreneurial business leadership. My profile combines deep technical expertise with data-driven execution, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to connect engineering, software, and innovation.

Before starting my studies, I worked as a Network Administrator for Corning Inc. in Kaiserslautern, building a strong foundation in hardware, software, and IT systems. This early IT background continues to support my work today, particularly in digitalization, AI-oriented thinking, and software-driven problem solving.

I joined John Deere in 2010 as a Development Engineer, initially focused on FEM calculations for structural components. In 2012, I moved into Product Verification & Validation (PV&V), where I took on increasingly complex engineering responsibilities. In 2015, I became responsible for NVH activities and led these activities until my departure. From 2018 to 2021, I was also part of the Engineering Core Team for the new SPFH program, contributing to the engineering foundation of a high-performance machine platform.

At John Deere, I led global verification activities with teams of up to 15 engineers and technicians and traveled internationally to test prototypes in critical markets under demanding real-world conditions. My work focused on field execution, data acquisition, analysis, and configuration optimization to improve performance and reliability. Key contributions included major cab noise reduction improvements to support best-in-class SOP targets, throughput increases of up to 400 t/h through data-driven optimization, and the reduction of multiple series-production issues through structured root cause analysis and mitigation.

My contributions were recognized with the John Deere Recognition Award (2013) and the John Deere Directors Award (2016). I also completed the Caltech Systems Engineering and Management Certificate Program, strengthening my capabilities in systems engineering, technical leadership, and complex program management.

In 2021, I left John Deere during a company restructuring and founded DFSC Engineering. As Managing Director, I built and led a growing engineering services business with up to 7 people, serving industrial customers including Michelin, John Deere Technology & Innovation Center, Saarstahl, and others. My work spans engineering services, technical project execution, innovation-related initiatives, and software-related project support, including delivery through a hired full-stack developer. I also continued to train John Deere engineers through 2024 in NVH-related methods and performance-oriented engineering practices.

Fluent in German and English, I am now seeking a leadership role in Dubai/UAE in innovation management, engineering team leadership, or a technical management position where I can combine engineering excellence, execution strength, and AI-enabled innovation to deliver measurable business impact.
