I had joined Concentrix Daksh Services (business services company) in March 2016 as Practitioner - CRM Operations. I was responsible for the quality check of the client website, writing the test cases, uploading them into HP ALM and documenting the errors and conducting the functional testing and retest the issues once it is fixed. 

Technologies used were: CMS, Confluence, Jira, Project Tracking tool (PPT), Excel, etc. 

Then I had joined Artech Global Workforce Solutions (Consulting company) in September 2017 as Content Management specialist freelancer. My specialisation was to manage and prioritise bug tickets and bug reports from internal and external stakeholders, finds the error and maintain the error document for the sprints and conducts the meeting for the better quality.  

Technologies used were: AEM (Content author), Jira, etc. 

Then I had joined Pyramid IT Consulting (Consulting company) in March 2018 as CMS Analyst freelancer. We were managing our corporate website including our CMS, reporting bugs, updating content, and solving client's day-to-day issues and also quality checks.

Later I had joined Victoria's Secret in August 2018 as a digital traffic coordinator. My specialisation was Quality Analyst, manual testing and debugging of frontend mobile applications, end-to-end responsible for our customers’ journey in our e-commerce storefront across all platforms (desktop, mobile-apps Android and iOS). Worked with a broad-spectrum range of devices: Android phones/tablets Collaborate with product owners, developers, designers, QA Engineers Develop and execute detailed and structured test cases and plans. Report, analyse and track defects and provide clear and detailed test results. I have experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and knowledge of Salesforce. I also had an opportunity to work on Email marketing in this role.
