As a Product Manager at KUDO, I am bringing years of product development knowledge and skills to the table. I have thrived in large companies and teams as well as helped multiple startups bring products to life from scratch while wearing many hats. I’m able to be scrappy and create clear requirements for my development team from ambiguous criteria. I not only write detailed acceptance criteria and am able to communicate the vision to the technical team, but am also able to have strategic discussions with the exec team in order to reach the company goals. 

I have a passion for exceeding expectations and possess strong time management, prioritization, and detail oriented skills that have proven to deliver successful features each time. I welcome the challenge to balance requests from both our internal sales and language services teams as well as collecting customer/user feedback through usability sessions all while maintaining stakeholder communication and expectations. 

I regularly work with design and engineering in order to release quality code and have exceptional communication skills to translate our products to cross functional teams via demos, documentation, and adoption materials. I make sure to track OKRs and timelines while taking a product from conception to launch and use a data driven approach to influence what to build next.

Created an in house system to replace the third party tax system by allowing the company to independently handle the entire client tax filing process • Focused on developing a foundation of the system through closely communicating with stakeholders and tax reconciliation users • Conducted agile planning and leadership meetings to showcase the vision and roadmap along with agile team ceremonies • Prioritized both backend and frontend development to meet deadlines and sprint goals • Conducted user sessions to create an accurate user experience along with approving user interface functionality and usability • Was responsible for quality testing products before shipping to production
