-Enrolled devices into Autopilot in Azure Active
-Directory and Jamf MDM.
-Managed devices in a domain using Microsoft
-Endpoint Manager and Intune.
-Users and shared drives in Google Workspace.
-Administered a Ticket System in Jira and developed Automations for it.
-Managed Microsoft Endpoint

-Developed and implemented a dynamic M365 group concept for department team and sharepoint sites.
-Managed remote Tools and Unattended Access Configuration (TeamViewer & AnyDesk) 
-Onboarding and offboarding employees according to defined processes. (Windows,MacBook)
