• Conducted competitive analyses, user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing, developed personas, user flows, and sitemaps, low-mid and high fidelity wireframes, prototypes, style-guides and a comprehensive style guide.
• Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, developers, and company lawyers, to ensure seamless integration of features.
