I am a qualified Agile Coach and Scrum Master with 3+ years of experience across multiple industries, working with business units, teams and individuals, to establish high performing and value driven ways of working. I have successfully delivered major IT and marketing projects in New Zealand’s energy sector and was part of a team that designed and delivered an adaptive operating model transformation for a 1000-person business.

I recently repatriated back to Germany after a decade of living, studying and working in New Zealand. I am now looking to join a company in Germany to get a European perspective on adaptive ways of working, whilst bringing in my own experience of the international market. • Led the successful delivery of major internal and joint venture IT and marketing projects. Coordinated up to nine internal and external teams.  
• Optimised delivery processes reducing delivery lead time by up to 30%. 
• Designed and implemented an adaptive operating model for the 1000-person retail business. Reduced lead time by 90-days, increased efficiency fourfold.
