Leading the App Tribe as Engineering Manager of two cross-functional teams (15 people, QA, Backend, Frontend), I introduced DORA Metrics and Continuous Delivery practices and significantly improved cycle time. Software Architect (2017 - 2022): Part of the App Team, serving as Deputy and Android Tech Lead, overseeing solution design. Evaluated and defined technology stacks for Frontend and Backend domains.

Software Developer (2012 - 2017): Designed and implemented full stack Java applications for Retail Business operations. Introduced new technologies, including JavaScript for frontend development.

These roles showcase a progressive career trajectory at C&A Services GmbH & Co OHG, spanning from software development to architecture and leadership in engineering management.

Successfully completed studies while working full-time, graduating within the standard timeframe. Wrote thesis on Consistency Management in Microservice Architecture Systems, analyzing strategies for data consistency maintenance. Achieved a grade of 1.3 for the thesis and graduated with an overall grade of 1.9.
