Über Francisco José Gerena Rodríguez- Piñero:

After finishing my studies in Spain I wanted to leave the country to get to know other cultures. That is why Idecided to move to Berlin, it seems to me an ideal place to meet diverse people as well as do different types of activities. My main interest is to get a job that allows me to establish myself and then get to know the city, learn Germanand enjoy the experience.

During the last year I have been working as a coordinator of a surfcamp. During the high season it had a total of 10 employees. My responsibilities included organising the timetable, supervising the maintenance and cleaning of the facilities (accommodation and common areas), motivating the team as well as dealing directly with the public. 

Prior to this I worked for a whole year in delivery. I have also been an instructor of different sports, mainly surfing, usually during weekends and holiday periods.
