• Defining suspension architecture & geometry, K&C targets studying Benchmark reports for NPI. Using MSC ADAMS, Modelling suspension K&C variants & full vehicle variants for Ride and handling simulations.
• Timely and accurate delivery of MBD analysis. Leading team to support designs and development for chassis.
• Assisting MBD load generation activities with RLDA and static load generation.

• Modelling suspension K&C variants & full vehicle variants with the MSC ADAMS car for Ride and handling for passenger and commercial vehicles and simulated using Pack and F-tires. Flexible body generation (.mnf files) for better simulation study.
• CAE responsible for a complete SUV program from concept to Proto. In charge of the vehicle dynamics target setting and suspension design (geometry and components definition) as well as virtual model making and validation.
• Assisting MBD load generation activities with RLDA and static load generation 
• Analysis on vehicle dynamics models and support to validation, design, and durability teams for R&D activities.

Assistant Manager MBD (Vehicle Dynamics) 10/2017 – 12/2018

• Designed, analysed, optimized, and implemented the dynamic suspension and steering characteristics.
• Studied RLDA data, Understeer and Oversteer data from testing team and used this data for tuning various parts of vehicle suspension and steering. Simulating full vehicle in MSc ADAMS consulting Engineering Testing and validation teams.
• Collaborated with Technicians in troubleshooting and resolving different types of issues in chassis systems with hands on experience on a wide variety of commercial passenger and off-road vehicles.

Software Engineer 01/2014 – 09/2017 

• Testing of the NX Nastran, Simcenter, Virtual Lab, AMESim interfaces & validation of results against calculations & benchmarks. This project involved providing support for manual testing and validation of critical elements of LMS Virtual Lab's pre/post processing capabilities. It involved understanding the software specifications and preparing and executing technically engineered test plans, for its multi solver capabilities.
