George Gibson

Passionate and collaborative UX/UI Designer with a background in Graphic Design and Videography. My passion lies in creating exceptional user experiences that solve problems. While working collaboratively as a Graphic Designer within teams, I’ve bridged the gap between clients and user’s needs to create user-centered products. Learning to empathise with users and understand their needs has enabled me to design user-centered products in a creative way.

Throughout my career, I have amassed a wealth of experience as a UI/UX Designer, consistently delivering user-centric solutions and driving engagement. At Craftguide GmbH, I have played a pivotal role in conducting extensive UX research, leveraging interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to inform my design decisions. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, I have developed user-friendly interfaces that have left a lasting impact on clients like Lego, Nerve Center, and eBay Kleinanzeigen. During my internship at NerveCenter.ai, I further honed my skills in UX research, user interviews, and persona creation while contributing to the design of landing pages and software platforms, with a strong focus on interactive prototypes. My tenure at Okai GmbH in Berlin allowed me to collaborate closely with the marketing team, where I produced an array of marketing assets for both web and print, including brochures, flyers, and company literature. In addition, I managed the design of the company's website through a Shopify CMS system, oversaw the end-to-end production of product videos, and established branding guidelines. As a Freelance Graphic Designer, I successfully delivered on over 100 projects for 30 long-term clients, specializing in graphic design for both print and digital media. These experiences have cultivated my skills in time and project management, enabling me to work autonomously while fostering strong client relationships.

Worked with various live clients developing apps and products for Lego, Nerve Center and eBay Kleinanzeigen. Worked collaboratively to problem solve and ideate. UX Researching, interviews, survery, competitive research, heuristic analysis. Ideation, Wireframing, Prototyping, Testing. Based on my Graphic Design degree and background, I spent time creating user interfaces and design solutions.
