Hi 👋 , I'm Georgina, a Berlin-based designer with more than six years of international work experience in crafting concepts and experience design in physical and digital contexts. 
With a curious nature, I love to connect the dots to design a unique and intuitive experience, that is human, respectful of the environment, functional and aesthetic.

• Conducted concept and usability testing along with UXR to 3 different target groups (B2B2C), and implemented Lean UX processes and research methodologies to drive design success.
• Contributed and optimized the product strategy and decision-making process in a 4-member cross-functional (product, engineering, marketing, and strategy) team by driving exploration, ideation, conceptualization, and validation for all potential features.
• Streamlined iteration and collaboration by defining data-driven user flows and creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to better visualize and showcase to team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and developed design improvements from ideation to implementation among 3 teams by identifying UX issues (e.g. usability, findability), supported by users' feedback, and managing direct communication with the design team, product owners, and developers.
• Increased the number of downloads of the app by about 30% by improving the onboarding flow in the web app.
