With over two decades of experience leading transformational growth in digital, retail, and highly regulated industries, I have built a reputation as a data-driven and entrepreneurial CEO and CFO. My work has spanned public and private sectors, where I have successfully scaled businesses, driven digital innovation, and implemented operational efficiencies.

At BVG (Berlin's public transport company), I launched the "BerlKönig" ride-pooling service and the "Jelbi" mobility platform, which positioned BVG as a leader in urban mobility innovation. As CFO of Berlin Brands Group, I helped scale the company and lead its successful exit as a unicorn.

Prior to that, I was CFO at Kaiser’s Tengelmann, where I led a comprehensive restructuring of the business, playing a key role in its sale to EDEKA. During my tenure, I also founded "Bringmeister", the company’s online grocery delivery service, which I successfully spun off into a fast-growing e-commerce business.

In my role as CEO at mymuesli we finished the repositioning of the brand, build the basis for new growth, and improved the cost structure substantial. After a change of control I left mymuesli.
