Über Ibraheem Altarawneh:
I am currently studying mechatronics at the German-Jordanian University in Amman, Jordan. I am currently spending a semester at the Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences in Magdeburg as part of a year abroad sponsored by the German government. The study semester as well as a subsequent 20-week mandatory internship are an obligatory part of my bachelor's degree.
During my studies, I was particularly interested in modeling and simulation, control systems, manufacturing processes, sensors and actuators, and mechatronic system design and integration.
Even before I started my year abroad in Germany, I completed an internship at BMW in Amman. There I worked in the customer service department. My duties mainly included assisting in greeting and welcoming customers as well as identifying various mechanical parts and tools.
During my versatile studies, I gained good knowledge and experience in Python and AutoCad. In addition, I speak Arabic as a native language, very good English and good German.
The fact that as a volleyball player I was born with endurance, team spirit and discipline was a great advantage for my work at BMW. Thanks to my resilience, flexibility and creativity, I am able to handle even complex tasks.
I proved this several times both during my studies and during my internship. The fact that I can work independently, goal-oriented and structured, I have proven again and again during the processing of various study projects.
I hope to have aroused your interest and look forward to a positive feedback.
