I have moved to Karlsruhe, Germany in October 2023 since I was granted Family Reunion Visa. In Pakistan, I worked professionally as a Product Manager in Pakistan's top leading Fintech company for 4 years. I have a versatile technical and business background, since I have led managerial forums for product launches and brainstorming sessions with vendors from the ideation phase to post-launch.

My most significant achievement is successfully launching a payment application tailored for small and medium enterprises. This app revolutionized their payment processes, ensuring secure, reliable, and manageable transactions. Previously, these businesses relied on cash transactions, which left no track record of their financial activities.

Launched the Jazz-Cash Business App (Payment App) accepting QR transactions and stepped into the acquiring business with 190,000 accounts. Launched the digital onboarding experience for merchants’ with digital QRs issued within a day. First in the industry to launch. Led Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Roadmap creation, retrospective sessions, and various Scrum meetings. Employing Kan-ban and Agile methodologies to monitor the organization's KPIs and OKRs. Initiated the data cleansing activity that identified neglected and obsolete customer segments. Improving the pricing module and processing for implementing new charging. Recorded and managed test outcomes for every UAT and SIT phase within Jira. Acted as the single point of contact (POC) for merchant (B2B, B2C) products.
