I am excited about the prospect of learning and contributing to the development of the energy commodities industry, since I am a person who enjoys geopolitics in general and have a strong knowledge of energy markets. I believe that this job will provide me with an excellent opportunity to learn, grow and make a meaningful impact in the field. I am confident that my entrepreneurial spirit and strong communication skills make me a good fit for RWE, which values innovation and a performance-driven approach. I am excited about the opportunity to work in a dynamic and changing environment and expand my knowledge during this journey.

My experience working in Procter and Gamble(2022) helped me working in a wipes factory where I had the opportunity to learn with two significant projects. The first project involved the digitalization of the facility's sensors, where I contributed to the implementation of the project. As a result, I was able to enhance the efficiency of the facility's operations by providing real-time data for better decision-making. The second project that I had the opportunity to lead was focused on investing in new machinery. This project required extensive collaboration with partners, and I had to align a team to develop possible solutions. Through this experience, I developed my leadership and communication skills while ensuring collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve success.

 I have also participated in a Photovoltaic Project in Zagreb (2020) that taught me to operate autonomously and developa forward-thinking mindset.

I am excited to apply for the Junior Trader position in RWE. With my master’s degrees in industrial engineering and electrical Power Systems, I have gainedvaluable knowledge in automation processes, electricity, and energy markets, which aligns well with the requirements of the position. Having studied and lived abroad in Croatia, Germany, and Spain gave me international experience and excellent interpersonal skills, which I believe will be beneficial in contributing to the teamwork culture.

As a fluent English speaker and having a B1 German certificate, that has been improved during my time in Germany, I am globally mobile and can communicate effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. I am also proficient in MS-Office skills and programming tools, such as MATLAB and python, which will enable me to contribute to the success in complex tasks.
