Testcase, Test report, Design document and Deployment checklist creation.

2. Support Executive

Responsibilities:
Work in Staging and Production Environment.
Handling of MCC,FCC and ECC tickets which were raised by developer. Complete Docroot refresh as per the requirement.
Deployment to production environment after verification and approval. Smoke test and Post-deployment support.
L1 support for Application monitoring, reporting and patching activity.
