Juan Calderon

I am looking for an entry-level position focused on the scientific aspect of applications that will be used in the Aerospace Industry.

Regarding my education, I have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Army Force University in Ecuador. I am finishing a master’s degree in BTU Cottbus from the program Transfers Fluids Materials in Aeronautical and Space Applications. And also, I have made some online courses in the subject of Aerospace Engineering as it is my main goal to work in this area since I started my bachelor’s degree in Ecuador. 

My experience includes working in Oil and Gas Industry doing Non-Destructive Tests (NDT) in atmospheric vessels and pressure vessels in Ecuador and also, I did my thesis in the Fluids Mechanics lab in Ecuador about electrospinning in polymers and the subject of my master’s thesis is about the numerical analysis of temperature and velocity profile of Thermo-electro-hydrodynamic convection under microgravity.

I am self-motivated with the ability to stay focused and meet tight deadlines when working alone also I am proactive so I have the attitude for looking for a specific solution and finishing the tasks within the established time and also proposing new solutions. 

I am fully prepared and excited to acquire a position that focuses on the science associated with aerospace and I am confident that my knowledge and experience will help me in this amazing area.
