Continuous professional training throughout my working life . I have gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry as well as worked as a Laboratory Manager of a science Department in a secondary school. The latter was extremely challenging due to the pupils behaviour. Looking back on 10+ years as a senior medical microbiologist having gained a huge lot of experience dealing with different situations , staff and colleagues .
