My name is Kristiana Hill. I have over 5 Years of experience in law enforcement. I have over 4 years of experience in managing daily inventories and supplies as needed to maintain and support overall sections to improve safety in correctional facilities. I have trained new employees and civilian administrators within 3 correctional facilities overseas and in the United States of America. I handle internal communication between management and employees, including informing employees of their scheduled shifts and complaint procedures . I supervise, motivated, and trained team members to successfully perform their task requirement. I perform different responsibilities, including decision making, evaluating staffing needs, recommendations for training and hiring, and performance reviews. I ensure strict enforcement of sops,  safety rules, and regulations. I daily inspect the employees to maintain required safety and control standards within the company guidelines. I established, maintained, and periodically reviewed and updated the company's objectives and goals for different departments.
