I am a creative professional with extensive experience in design, social media, digital and print, and AI prompt engineering. Currently, as the Creative Lead Art at Vodafone since 2021, I lead the creative team, coordinating activities such as team briefings and final approvals. I facilitate team development through workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions, collaborate with external partners, manage internal stakeholders, team members, and external service providers, and define and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency. I ensure continuous quality throughout project lifecycles, develop and implement guidelines and new content formats, create content for various channels, and develop and evaluate marketing funnels. Additionally, I plan, supervise, and execute photo and film shoots with hands-on expertise while overseeing post-production.

Previously, from 2019 to 2021, I served as a Senior Art Director at Keko, where I managed a team of graphic designers, copywriters, final art workers, motion designers, and production staff. I collaborated with photographers, videographers, animators, and on-set crew to execute projects, mentored and developed designers to optimize their performance, and crafted brand style guides to ensure consistency and coherence. I independently managed multiple projects from inception to delivery, conducted internal and external presentations to stakeholders, led brand development initiatives, pitched ideas and concepts to diverse clients, and conducted competitor analysis.

From 2018 to 2019, I was a Senior Art Director at Parasol Island, creating design concepts, brand identities, and marketing campaigns across various platforms, both offline and online. I developed workflow procedures and brand guidelines to maintain consistency and quality, monitored projects to ensure alignment with corporate branding standards, directed creative campaigns to ensure brand integrity and strategy implementation, and oversaw film and photo production. I also designed and presented concepts to clients for approval and feedback.

Since 2007, I have been working as a freelance Creative Director and Photographer, providing brand building and redesign services for various clients. I have developed logos, websites, guidelines, and design concepts, conceptualized, planned, and executed photo and film productions, handled post-production tasks, and consulted and communicated with agencies, teams, and external service providers. I have created content for diverse channels and developed and executed pitches for various clients, including Adidas, Bauer Publishing, C3 Publishing, Gruner + Jahr, Porsche, Nivea, the New York Times, Blonde Magazine, Odda Magazine, Deux Homme Magazine, FV Magazine, Zara, Armani Hotel, Piquee Post Production, Hugo Boss, and more.
