I’m Luca – Artist & Event Manager, Creative Strategist, and Founder based in Berlin. My background spans across production, content, campaign strategy, sales, and artist development. With a passion for both the creative process and structured execution, I thrive at the intersection of culture, media, and live experiences.

🎬 Production Roots & Early Insights
My journey began with a year-long full-time internship at POISON GmbH, where I worked on a feature film production from pre- to post. I gained deep insight into the mechanics of storytelling, logistics, sponsorships, and coordination – both on set and behind the scenes. It was the kind of experience that teaches you to listen, adapt, and stay sharp under pressure.

💡 Strategic Growth & Sales Drive
At nuggit GmbH, I transitioned into a sales role and later continued as a working student. I was responsible for client acquisition, strategic planning, and cross-department collaboration. It sharpened my understanding of market needs, pitch logic, and business development – and proved how much I enjoy taking Verantwortung and building relationships.

📱 Creative Execution & Social Content
At Intermate & Truemates, I supported the “Aldi Friends” TikTok campaign for ALDI Nord. I contributed to production planning, trend scouting, and the execution of video content tailored for Gen Z audiences. It was a valuable glimpse into the fast-paced, creative rhythm of social-first storytelling.

🚀 Entrepreneurial Chapter
In 2023, I founded SAMBLS GmbH, an agency for artist and event management. As managing director, I led artist relations, concept development, and campaign strategy. I oversaw events from idea to implementation, handled negotiations, and built bridges between vision and execution. It taught me how to scale ideas, build trust, and create emotional impact through culture.

I completed a year-long full-time internship at POISON GmbH, a film and cultural production company in Berlin, as part of my higher education entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife). During this time, I gained in-depth practical experience in media production, including pre-production, on-set coordination, and post-production of a feature film. This hands-on training laid the foundation for my work in creative project management and content production.
