I am specialized in onsite management solutions and human resource planning for medium to big size companies, particularly in the luxury watch industry and in the medical sector (public and private hospitals, medical device companies). 
With a broad knowledge of the swiss work law and profound experience with the necessary tools, I support my clients in achieving their business objectives.
Further I am used to working in international companies with all levels of staff, from employees to C-level executives.
I consider myself an advocate of rethinking our way of working, including more flexibility, sustainability and mental health.

Working for major clients like IWC Schaffhausen, Unilever, almost all major Kanton hospitals as well as small businesses, I am able to bring a lot of knowledge into my clients structure and planning.

My strength lie in headhunting for eclusive positions in management posititions, as well as in the implementation of high volume recruiting processes in large production companies. 

I am further specialized in the luxury watch industry and have a broad knowledge hiring processes for both blue collar and white collar positions
