I worked as a Partner Business Consultant and a Customer Support Representative at Oracle, Microsoft and WellPoint for many years, and I consider myself to possess a wide range of practical and social capabilities that surely meet the needs to any company in this field, and working toward my objectives at lenght and insightfully.
My aim is to continue growing every day professionally but also personally, and to become a passionate and experienced member in my area.
Erfahrung
I have extensive experience in customer support and engagement, communication and consulting fields. I worked in the entertainment industry for a while to learn how to communicate the best. My primary goal is to coordinate the connection between the customers and companies while focusing on a comprehensive customer care in both local and multinational companies by using my previous experience in this area.
My educational background has favored me within the multimedia and IT support fields, being able to manage excellent inter-relationships.
I am looking for a company where I can contribute to and a job that helps me to have more experiences moving forward.
