Manesh Daniel

Currently Pursuing my Masters in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, with subjects like Strategic Management, Controlling, Machine Learning, Quality management etc pertaining to the different aspects of running a company end to end. Prior to coming to Germany, I had done my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering post which  I was working with IBM India for 2 years as a Technical Associate.  I have also done 2 internships,  with Scania Middle East and Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority, UAE. Looking to land myself an Internship or working student opportunity in the field of Project Management, Strategic Management, Business operations or Similar roles where I can utilise my both my experience and skills learned during my masters and groom myself to the German Market. Looking forward to an opportunity where I can learn skills and give my best to deliver what the company requires out of me 

I worked with IBM India for 2 years as a Technical Associate. I was part of the Service Desk Team where I was the first point of contact for a banking client based in Australia and responsible for solving or dealing with any Technological issues , ensuring all KPIs are met in a timely manner. Having worked in a banking environment I completely understand how important time sensitive tasks are. I had to proactively communicate with several external resolver groups across Australia keeping in mind the SLA, this also involved daily administrative tasks like maintaining the team performance excel sheet and other day to day tasks involving communications with internal stakeholders. I was also involved in creation of new knowledge articles  and other training activities for the new employees. I have also done 2 internships during my Bachelors, one with Scania Middle East and the other with Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority, UAE.

I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics at the Hochschule Emden/Leer. During my course of studies, I had subjects like, Strategic Management, Quality Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, ERP Systems etc pertaining to the different aspects of running a company. I was able to do well and score good grades with an average grade of 1.53. I am currently in my Urlaub Semester looking to land myself in a good role where I can groom myself according to the current market needs and learn new skills.
