My background lies in understanding passengers' needs and providing superior guest experience. Working as a Bartender here in Germany is also a great experience to expand my knowledge in German Language and Culture. Now that I got my B1 certificate and CCA, it gives me more encouragement to be a better individual and to push myself to be in a job that I really wanted, which is to become a Flight Attendant.

Delivering outstanding service operations to up to 166 passengers, including performing safety and security checks, taking food/beverages orders and communicating openly and regularly with cockpit crews. Communicating directly with a wide variety of personalities, leveraging interpersonal talents to build strong relationships and secure both passengers and co-worker’s trust.
