I thrive on navigating complex challenges with a structured and analytical approach. This ability was significantly developed during my internship within the Finance Department at the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) in Dubai. Tasked with leading a team of five employees for the introduction of a new fixed asset register and registration process, I improved operational processes and gained invaluable leadership experience under the guidance of the CFO. This role also allowed me to develop my communication skills further, by conducting an accounting workshop with the CFO, laying groundwork for a career in the demanding field of strategy consulting. In October, I will be joining FTI-Andersch as a Business Transformation Consulting Intern, where I will gain valuable experience in strategic and organizational realignment, driving earnings growth, and enhancing operational performance.

My engagement with Enactus Mannheim has also been a significant aspect of my journey, merging my business skills with a commitment to social entrepreneurship. Here, I actively participated in projects aimed at creating sustainable solutions to societal challenges, demonstrating the practical application of innovative business strategies for the greater good.

During my three-year business administration studies at the University of Mannheim, I developed a strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of business principles, achieving a final degree score of 1.6/5.0 (with 1.0 being best). This scholarly commitment was validated by my successful exchange semester at the National University of Singapore, where I earned an honors-level (Highest Distinction) GPA of 4.5/5. Furthermore, I was granted a scholarship from the Cusanuswerk for my academic achievements.
