Former journalist with a focus on modern Public Relations mixed with effective communications via
digitalized channels. The scope always lies with the objective and target audiences. All my career I have been working across multiple media channels, interdisciplinary and in international organizations. I could establish several successful communications campaigns and projects, for example establishing a strategic concept to control the strategic Public Relations efforts of the DATEV eG with various cross related KPIs. Currently in charge of the award winning global strategic brand communications of Paessler AG.

As a communications expert with close to eight years of experience across various industries, including international technology and public affairs within the Bavarian State Government, I have honed my skills in crafting compelling messages and driving impactful communication strategies. I have successfully designed and delivered messaging for interviews and strategic communications with major German newspapers, including BILD and the Süddeutsche Zeitung, achieving an outcome of millions of readers for our topics. My background as a journalist with a master’s degree in public relations has equipped me with a profound track record of successful communication projects. For instance, one of my press releases about a 2,300-year-old historic scissor garnered nationwide media attention in outlets such as BILD, SZ, Zeit ONLINE, and STERN.

In my role as Communications Officer, I achieved an organic outreach of over 250,000 people for the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation, along with nearly 3,000 organic subscribers and the establishment of LinkedIn as a key channel. These accomplishments demonstrate my ability to synthesize complex information and perspectives into thought leadership campaigns that resonate emotionally and engage the target audience.

Throughout my career, I have excelled in bridging gaps between interdisciplinary departments, communicating diverse perspectives, and simplifying complexity into actionable projects. For example, I led an author team as editor-in-chief of a magazine, overseeing the entire process from initial concept and topic development to market entry. During my Master’s thesis, I developed a strategic communications control plan for DATEV eG, seamlessly integrating marketing, PR, and market research perspectives into a comprehensive KPI scorecard system.

Currently, as Corporate PR Manager at Paessler AG, I serve as a crucial link between global business operations, senior decision-makers, and C-level executives. I am responsible for the strategic communications of Paessler AG, where I have successfully established a global PR strategy and implemented international KPI evaluation measures to assess PR successes. I have coordinated digital storytelling across multiple channels and effectively managed a six-digit budget and corresponding agencies. One notable achievement includes transforming complex case studies into engaging social media content, resulting in over 70,000 unique impressions.

Bachelor's degree in technical journalism as well as a Master's degree in Public Relations: I specialized in strategic communications, PR evaluations and cross-channel campaigns.
