Meenakshi Ashok

My name is Meenakshi. I have completed my B.Tech in Information Technology and successfully earned a double Master’s degree in Machine Learning and Data Science.

I have a strong interest in working in the IT sector, particularly in roles that involve data-driven problem solving and intelligent systems. My academic background has helped me build a solid foundation in programming, data analysis, machine learning concepts, and practical application of technology.

I am highly motivated, eager to learn new tools and technologies, and passionate about applying my knowledge to solve real-world problems. I am looking for opportunities where I can grow professionally while contributing effectively to the organization.

I have hands-on experience in both enterprise technology development and educational technology integration, combining strong technical skills with teaching, mentoring, and digital innovation.

As a Salesforce Developer – Packaged App Development Associate at Accenture (Nov 2022 – Nov 2023), I worked on translating complex business requirements into customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce. I contributed to the integration of AI tools and predictive analytics models within CRM systems to improve user engagement and decision-making. My role involved conducting code reviews, collaborating within Agile development teams, supporting rapid testing and deployment cycles, and managing data migration and back-office system integration through middleware tools. I also supported release management processes, ensuring smooth deployment of functional and application enhancements while improving overall system efficiency and data flow.

As an ICT Faculty Intern (AI & Technology Integration) at DPS Modern Indian School (Feb 2024 – Mar 2024), I delivered engaging ICT curriculum with a strong focus on artificial intelligence fundamentals, real-world applications, and emerging technologies. I designed interactive, student-centered lessons to promote curiosity, digital literacy, and interest in AI. My training work included introducing students to data concepts, algorithmic thinking, and problem-solving approaches, while fostering collaboration, communication, and innovative thinking through technology-based learning.

I have a strong academic foundation in technology, data, and business, supported by international education across Germany and the United States. I recently completed a Master of Science in AI, Data Science & Digital Business at GISMA University of Applied Sciences, Germany (September 2024 – November 2025), where my studies focus on artificial intelligence, data analytics, and the application of digital technologies in business environments.

Previously, I completed a Master of Science at the University of Arizona, USA (March 2023 – October 2024), gaining advanced knowledge in analytical and technical domains within a globally diverse academic setting.

I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from St. Joseph College of Engineering, Chennai (June 2018 – July 2022), where I developed a solid foundation in programming, software development, databases, and core IT concepts.
