Maintain strategic sourcing process and educate
stakeholders to ensure that all the vendor selection follow a
standard process and procurement strategy
Resource and Strategic Planning
Administrate contracts for external and internal service
providers via Sharepoint and Guided Buying
Involved in the selection process of a candidate to a
particular project
Handle Identity management, triggering on & offboarding of
the project team members
Identify business requirements, demand and negotiate
framework and major individual agreements
Manage vendor relationships via regular review meetings,
major sourcing initiatives and escalations as required
Helps run RFX process and also support business with
analysis of RFP responses and help make a decision which
meets the organizational goals
Monitors project cost, handles issues and risks
Hands on experience in SAP Ariba, Sharepoint, Service Now
Vendor integrity Screening ,Boni Checks, Jira and Confluence
Create and monitor volume based Rebate reporting
Shares MIS reports with the vendors and Stake holders
Reviewing the contract document
Tracking of actions related to issues and change requests
Knowledge on SDLC
Analyzing data using statistical techniques and providing
reports
Tracking and reporting of budget, milestone, invoicing and
timesheets
Maintain the plan for each year for the project
Client communication- Both external and internal via emails,
phone and conference calls — and people management
responsibilities, including maintaining excellent work
relationship with clients and internal/external Stakeholders

I am a 10 years experienced MI analyst . I hold a Btech degree in Computer Science and is now doing Masters In Management with Computer Science
