As the Product and Engineering Manager at Fixalert Inc., I manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and oversee sales operations in the EU. My role includes preparing product/feature/service requirements by conducting market research, building the product roadmap, coordinating with stakeholders, creating and maintaining the product backlog, reviewing system designs, and collaborating with the engineering team.
