Motivated and detail-oriented product management professional with experience in research, stakeholder communication, and project management. Skilled in market research, user research, and data analysis. Seeking a product management role to further develop my skills and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.

As a former Project Assistant at PGlobal Global Advisory, I supported various projects funded by international organizations including the World Bank, COMCEC, UNDP, ICMPD, and FAO. In this role, I acted as an internal and external communicator and solved various pain points, researched and presented proposal ideas to the director, and successfully managed and closed out multiple projects concurrently. I also created and maintained databases using MySQL and visualized data using Tableau.

I also gained experience in project management as a Project Management Intern at Fon Mimarlik where I supported the Project Manager in coordinating and executing cross-functional project tasks, effectively communicated with property owners/managers/tenants, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters, and assisted with the full cycle of assigned projects from initiation to completion. I also participated in tracking project KPIs such as schedule variance, cost variance, and % of work done.

In a previous role as a Product Owner at Vaylan Entertainment, I was part of an award-winning incubation team and contributed to the vision and definition of the product. I created and maintained the product roadmap, conducted market research and analysis, and acted as a liaison between business and IT objectives. I also worked with stakeholders to create new user stories, features, and epics, groomed and managed the product backlog and Kanban board, and prioritized items based on their value to the product.

I have a Master's degree in International Business Management from GISMA University of Applied Sciences, where I wrote my thesis on "Coping with Product Roadmap Uncertainty: Experience, Prioritization Technique, and Product Roadmap Type". I also have a Bachelor's degree in Management from Bilkent University, where I completed my capstone project on "Evaluation of Yavuz Engineering".
