Experienced in Referrals management & Networking, Vendor Management System (VMS), Offer Negotiation & On-boarding of candidates and ATS (Application Tracking System) Oracle Taleo, Workday and Avature. Responsible for conducting the weekly meetings and submit the summary of the status reports of the all the team heads to the C-level management.
