As a student of the European Public Health program at Maastricht University, I am excited about the opportunities this program offers. During my studies, I was able to deepen my understanding of health systems and health policy in Europe while learning about interdisciplinary approaches. Participation in an international study program has given me a deeper insight into the European healthcare sector and strengthened my intercultural competence.
Within study projects, I further developed my critical analysis and problem-solving skills on real-life examples and gained experience. Particularly interesting for me are the development and implementation of digital health solutions. I am convinced that digitalization will revolutionize healthcare in Europe and can help to improve the health of the population and increase the efficiency of healthcare systems.
As a passionate and dedicated student, I have always been interested in innovative technologies and their application in the healthcare industry. I am ready to work for a positive change in the field of digital health and look forward to contributing my knowledge and skills in an evolving work environment.

Customer Service Representative:

As a Customer Service Agent in the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center, I was responsible for supporting customers who used the Mercedes me app, ensuring communication flow between customers and the backend, and keeping track of current technical problems. My main task was to ensure that customer inquiries were handled professionally and effectively. The focus was on communication with the customers. I was able to use my communication skills and build positive relationships with customers.
